How to use
1.) Soak Agar Agar Powder in drinking water, mix well and leave for 5-10 minutes
2.) Bring to boil, using low to medium heat, keep stirring until fully boiled.
3.) Mix well, check to make sure that there is no Agar Agar particle left on the back of spoon. If there is, continue boiling for 3 – 5 more minutes
(This technique will make the Agar Agar Powder forms gel easier, faster, and make the gel more durable)
4.) Add in other ingredients of your choosing such as syrup, milk, juice, etc. mix well and boil the mixture for another 3-5 minutes and re-check to make sure there's no Agar Agar particle left on the spoon
5.) Turn down the heat, pour the mixture into molds
6.) Wait till set for 10-15 minutes. When the gel starts to form on the top, it can then be put in the fridge to make its texture more crisp
