Lemongrass 3%

How to use
1.Boil 350-500 ml of water, then add Gang-Om instant Isan stew powder ‘Elah Kumpang’ 40 g (whole sachet) and mix well
2.Once boiling, add any kind of meat 100 g, napa cabbage 80 g, Thai eggplant 50 g, fragrant zucchini 50 g, 2-3 spring onions, and 1 handful of dill
3.Simmer until cooked through, then add hairy basil leaves and serve
