How to use
Inhalation
Add 1-2 drops directly onto a tissue or a piece of paper towel and inhale.
Massage
Add 12-15 drops into 100ml of carrier oil such as pure coconut oil, jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, etc.
Oil burner
Add 4-6 drops into 100ml of water and place into an oil burner or an aromatherapy diffuser to diffuse the scent.
Mix in warm water in a soaking tub or shower.
Add 7-12 drops into a warm bath or bubble bath.
Room spray
Add 10-15 drops into 100ml of water to make a room spray for freshening the air and killing germs.
Cosmetic use
Add to skincare products such as face wash, soap, lotion, etc.
