How to use
Use for regular teeth brushing - twice a day
Shake the bottle > press 1 pump of mousse foam onto toothbrush
> brush your teeth thoroughly for 2 minutes
Use with tongue scrapper (recommended for elimination of bad breaths)
Shake the bottle > press 1 pump of mousse foam onto the tongue scrapper
> stick out your tongue > run the scrapper from the very back of your tongue
run the scrapper all the way to the front (use light pressure) > repeat 3-4 times
> rinse your mouth with water
Use Dentbeat as mouth gargle
Shake the bottle > press 1-2 pump of mousse foam into your mouth
> swish the mousse foam around your mouth for about 30 seconds > spit out
Dry brushing - for better prevention of cavities and gum bleeding
Brush your teeth with Dentbeat mousse foam WITHOUT USING WATER.
(spit the mousse foam out after finish brushing, without rinsing with water afterwards)
